Mammograms are recommended beginning at at 40 for women who are otherwise healthy. Although clinical exams are recommended for women in their 20's and 30's, family history should also be a factor in determining when to begin mammograms - not just age!

So proud of what you are doing. Here is my fact: Breast Cancer effects EVERYBODY. There is no 6 degrees of separation here. I know because i've had 2 aunts who have had mastectomies and a very close friend who has battled it for years and had a mastectomy as well. It is something that must be cured!
